TIPTON WOMAN ILL LONG TIME

Mrs. Everett E. Stinnett Died at Her Home on Daniels Street.

VICTIM OF CANCER.

Following an illness of many months with cancer, Mrs Everett E. Stinnett, age 65, died at 1:10 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at her home, 113 Daniels street. Her condition during the past few days had been critical and the end was not unexpected. The body was taken to the Young funeral home and will be returned to the late home Wednesday morning. Funeral services will be held there Thursday morning at 10:00 o'clock. Burial will be in the cemetery at Elwood.

Mrs. Stinnett came to Tipton 25 years ago, following the death of her first husband, William Wilhelm, in Cincinnati. On June 3, 1919, she was united in marriage to Everett E. "Bud" Stinnett, who survives. There are no children.

The deceased was formerly Bertha Collis, daughter of Joseph and Rebekah Collis and she was born in Madison county, Feb. 6, 1876. Surviving her family is one sister, Mrs. Belle Hunter, who also resides on Daniels street. There are also a number of nephews and nieces.
