He is survived by his daughter Keisha Marlene Banks of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; his parents, James Paul and Sharon Lee Halsey Banks of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; his brother, Richard Lee Banks of Pine Ridge, Kentucky and a special aunt and uncle, Kim and Phillip Spencer. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Serving as pallbearers; Pete Hays, Raymond Banks, Richard Banks, Jeremy Adams, Colby Banks and Tyler Hays. Serving as honorary pallbearer; Donnie McQuinn.
