Mary Moss (Davis) Wilson Foster, born in Kentucky about 1851 was the wife of George Washington Wilson (1832-1895), whom she married in November 1872 in Bloomington, McLean Co., IL. After his death there in 1895, she apparently married a Mr. Foster. In the 1920 census she was living in Stuttgart, Arkansas Co., Arkansas, with her daughter May Matilda (Wilson) Carter and her husband, as Mary M. Foster, widow, age 67, born in Kentucky. According to the Arkansas Death Index, Mary Mos Foster died 19 Sep 1925, Arkansas Co., AR. According to Lone Tree Cemetery Records, in 1925 "Mrs. Foster" was buried in Addition 3, 17, 66 in the same plot as her daughter May Matilda (Wilson) Carter.
