Born in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Martin.
An avid amateur painter and photographer.
Surviving are two sons, Tommy Abbott and Andy Abbott of Spartanburg, SC; two grandsons, Drew Abbott of Cosby, TN, and Cody Abbott of Spartanburg, SC; two brothers, Hunzie Martin and Garrett Martin; and one sister, Regina Lavell of Germany.
