Son of Dr. Floyd F. Farnsworth and Victoria Martin. Husband of Bertha (Lynch) Farnsworth. He was a retired Optometrist. Passed away at Cabell-Huntington Hospital from Pancreatic Cancer. He was survived by his wife and two daughters; Mrs. WIlma Weaver and Mrs. Helen York, one brother, Dr. D. A. Farnsworth, and two grandsons.
