Mrs. Lois Gentry Newton, age 84, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018, at the Tallahatchie General Hospital Extended Care Facility in Charleston.

Born February 14, 1934, in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Willy Levi Gentry. She was the widow of Andrew Jackson Newton.

Interment follows at Magnolia Gardens at Paynes.
