Adelina D. LeDoux, age 81, a lifetime resident of Las Vegas, NM, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
Adelina was born on August 2, 1937 in Las Vegas, NM, to the late Jim H. Tafoya and Adelina Valdéz Tafoya.
Adelina graduated from West Las Vegas in 1957. Adelina attended New Mexico Highlands University for one year. Adelina worked in the State of New Mexico for twenty-five years, until her retirement in 1986.
Adelina is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Harold LeDoux, her daughter, Eileen LeDoux, grandsons, James Romero and Justus Romero, all of Albuquerque, NM, daughter, Bernice LeDoux, granddaughter, Faith Valencia and grandson, Matthew Valencia of Las Vegas, NM.
Adelina was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of E. Romero Hose and Fire Company for thirty years.
Rosary will be recited on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. with both services to be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery with the following grandsons and nephews serving as casket bearers, James Romero, Justus Romero, Matthew Valencia, Kevin Korte, Steve Ortega and Jonathan Bustamante.
