Mr. Veltrano is survived by his wife of 14 years, Donna Veltrano of Rincon; mother Mary Veltrano of Escondido; son Frank of Manhattan, N.Y.; stepson Thomas of Northern California; daughters Beth of Menifee and Colleen of Escondido; stepdaughter Helen of Northern California; sisters Angela, Juanita "Hooter" and Anastasia "Cookie" all of Rincon; and grandchildren Alexis, Moses, Olivia and DJ.
