Visitation for Faye was Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel. Her funeral service will be Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating at her service will be Pastor Ron Harvey and Bro. Jim Phillips with interment at Friendship Church Cemetery in Pisgah.
Faye is survived by her son, Shayne Flanagan of Scottsboro; daughters, Connie Waldrop of Athens, Paula McCain of Huntsville, and Angela Flanagan of Greenville, S.C.; grandchildren, Tracy Guthrie of Scottsboro, Jason Ledbetter of Athens, Bill Waldrop of Decatur, Amy Stephenson of Rainsville, Lindsey Woods, Huntsville, Seth McCain, Scottsboro, Taylor Flanagan, Scottsboro, Lily Flanagan, Scottsboro; brother, Roy Junior Harvey, Fyffe; sisters, Gladys Hutton, Rossville, Ga., June Faulkner, Rosalie, and Patricia Clines, Scottsboro; three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and special friends.
Faye cared so much for all the children and family members and was an avid animal lover and most importantly she loved and trusted the Lord. She was a member of Southgate Baptist Church.
