Anita Buckner Ryan age 84, of Arab passed away Thurs. Aug. 23, 2018, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice Facility in Albertville. Ms. Ryan was born on Aug. 17, 1934, in Fayette County, AL the Daughter of Rupert O. and Samantha Smith Buckner. She was retired from Brindlee Mountain Telephone Company. She is survived by her Daughters: Rhonda Renee Ryan of Birmingham and Rita Rochelle Ryan of Indiana; Grandchildren: Breanna Ryan-Tate and Terri Ryan-Tate; Great Grandchildren: Arrianna Honeycutt, Cayden Allen, Dereck Watson, Kaliyah Roberts and Ethan Allen; Special Friend: Lucille Young of Arab; Graveside Service will be Sunday Aug. 26, 2018, at 1 PM at Arab Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until time for departure to the cemetery at Gober Funeral Chapel.
