Mrs. Sallie (Cleola) McClure, 80, of 1229 Tyler died Saturday, August 27, 1983 in a local hospital.
She was a native of Marlin, Texas and had lived in Corpus Christi for over 50 years. She was a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church where she had been active for many years. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge No. 337 and a charter member of Rebekah Lodge No. 12, both in Corpus Christi.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Senterfeit (Senterfiet) of Corpus Christi and Mrs. Helen Fine of Klamath Falls, Oregon; one son, Nolan Joe McClure of Niagara Falls, New York; three brothers, E. B. (Elzie) Brown of Corpus Christi, Johnny Brown of North Carolina, and Leonard Brown of Texas; one sister, Mrs. Faye Roberts of Refugio; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, August 29, 1983 at the Cage-Mills Downtown Chapel. Burial will follow in Seaside Memorial Park. Donations to assist the family may be sent to her daughter. Cage-Mills Downtown Chapel.
