Mr. Adams, a retired boilermaker for the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and a member of Calvary assembly is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Beatrice Price Adams, two sons, Ronald Earl and Gladstone Burns adsms, one daughter, Mrs. Garnetta Shaffer, three grandchildren adn three great grandchildren.
Services were held at Lindsey Funeral Home with interment in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
His parents were Thomas Alpha Adams and Hester Jenny Williams Adams. His mother, the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Williams and Jane Starnes Williams, died sometime before the 1900 census,
