Mrs. Olive Augusta (Graves) Benson Foster died at her late home Saturday, March 17, after an illness of many weeks. Mrs. Foster was born in Mount Holly July 12, 1843, but for nearly 50 years has resided in Weston. She was married May 1, 1864 to Henry M. Benson of Weston and six children were born to them, of which only three survive. Namely, Will Benson, Mrs. Leon Bolster and Mrs. Flora Lester. Mr. Benson has been dead nearly 20 years and her marriage to Edwin K. Foster of Maine occured October 19, 1908. Mrs. Foster was a member of the Baptist church, a member of Dorcas Rebekah Lodge, No. 39, and also a member of the local Grange. She was the oldest member in both orders. Besides the three children named above, she is survived by three brothers and one sister, Mrs. P. D. Peck of Weston. Funeral services were held at her late home Tuesday, March 20, Rev. A. J. Dunlap officiating. Those from out of town attending the funeral were Mrs. Leon Bolster a grandson, and wife and Mr. and Mrs. Forrest R. Benson of Chester, and a brother, D. F. Graves of Springfield, Mass.
