Palermo- Mrs. Nona Adkins, 81, of Palermo, Lincoln County, died yesterday at Heartland Health Care Cemter, Jackson, Ohio. Surviving; son, Cyril Adkins of Morrisvale; daughter, Rebil Cummings of Sias; brothers, Lessie Adkins of Sias, Fred Adkins of Spurlocksville, Wilford Adkins of Detroit, Mich, Hartley Adkins of Charleston, Ishmel Adkins of Branchland, sister, Virgie Stowers of Griffithsville, Bessie Walden of West Hamlin, Elva Honaker of Hamlin. Seven grandchildren. Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Koontz Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Adkins and the Rev. K.D. Bragg officiating. Burial will be in Cummings Cemetery, Palermo. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
