DIES AT CHURCH SERVICE
Heart attack is Suffered By Joseph T. Sutherland
Joseph T. Sutherland, 74, of 9004 East Sixty-eigth street, Raytown, suffered a heart attack and died yesterday morning while he was attending services at the Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Sutherland was a retired carpenter.He was born at St. Joseph, Mo., and had been a resident of Kansas City seventy years. Mr. Sutherland was a member of the church and the East Gate Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara Sutherland of the home, and two sons, Earl Sutherland, 2011 Elmwood, and Lon Sutherland, 5709 Blue Ridge Boulevard. Services will be held at 12:30 o'clock Tuesday at the Newcomer chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
