Helen Dingess Neece Bullock 90 of Cheswick, PA was born November 23, 1927 at Buffalo Creek, WV a daughter of the late William and Sallie Hayes Dingess. She departed this life on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Bullock was a homemaker and retired from the Ames Department Stores. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Robert Neece and 2nd husband Luther Bullock and a sister Thelma Dingess.
Survivors include her children; Robetta (Rick) Panza of Cheswick, Jim (Alice) Neece of Bristol, VA, and Larry Bullock of Raleigh, NC, sisters; Charlotte Cabell Kingsport, TN, Ernestine Belcher of Chapmanville, WV, and Mary (Ronnie) Mullins of Charlotte, NC, brother Franklin (Rosemary) Dingess also of Chapmanville, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a special caretaker and niece Pam Farley.

Services will be at 12:00 PM Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville with Rev. Tony Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Sally Conley/Belcher Cemetery at Chapmanville.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM Thursday at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville.
