Eldee Durossette Rowe went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. She was born October 29, 1927 to Charles and Lucy (Price) Arbuckle in Eufaula, Oklahoma. She attended public school in Eufaula to the 8th grade then Muskogee Public School, graduating from Central High School in 1945. Eldee also was an alumni of Oklahoma A&M.
She married A.J. Standridge and they became the proud parents of a son, John. She worked for First National Bank in Muskogee for over 40 years obtaining the position of a Vice President.
After the dissolution of her marriage to A.J., she was married to Terry H. Durossette from 1973 until his death in 1992. Eldee later married Floyd C. Rowe in 1998 until his death on May 21, 2018.
She was very proud of her Creek heritage. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling the world with Floyd and attending the weekly lunches with the Rowe family. Eldee also enjoyed weekly card games with friends, playing golf, and attending First Baptist Church in Muskogee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Terry Durossette and Floyd Rowe.
Eldee is survived by her son, John and wife Soozie; grandchildren, Joshua, Cheyenne, and Lucas; great-granddaughter, Paisley; nephew, David Arbuckle (Shannon); nieces, Sherry Newsome (Tommy) and Carol Kinsley (Tim); 4 great nephews; 2 great nieces; sisters-in-law, Irma Hebler (Lynn), and Joy Keener and their families; along with other family members and friends who will greatly miss her.
Funeral services celebrating Eldee's life will be 2PM, Friday, September 14, 2018 at First Baptist Church Chapel in Muskogee with Dr. Johnny Derouen and Rev. Rex Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery
