Michael Anthony Carmolingo, Sr. of Deltona, FL passed away on September 15, 2018. Mike, who was born in Philadelphia, PA and attended Villanova University, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son, brother, and friend. His commitment and hard work ethic resulted in a 30 year career with National Freight, and he continued working after retirement through service to his community. Mike was a tireless and true servant to the Deltona, FL community, where he served as the Commissioner of District 6, was a member of the Sons & Daughters of Italy Lodge #2441, and volunteered with multiple organizations.

Mike was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 59 years Eloise (2015), his mother Sarah (2010), his brother Russell (2008), and his father Pasquale (1960). He is survived by his seven children - Patrick (Charlotte), Michelle, John (Daphne) Carmolingo, Michael Jr., Angela (Jeff) Osby, Russell, and Sarah (Matthew) Bloomfield, as well as his nine grandchildren, his six great grandchildren, and his sisters Carmella (Pasquale) DiRienzo and Maria (Fred) Riegel and sister-in-law Judith Carmolingo.

The family will receive visitors from 10:00-11:00am on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, GA, with a funeral mass to follow at 11:00am. Flowers will be received by Carl J. Mowell & Sons Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA. Mike will be interred at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan, GA, beside his wife Eloise. Memorial service to be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 1:00-5:00pm at Sons & Daughters of Italy Lodge #2441, Deltona Fl.
