Grady M. Adams, 48, Arlington died Saturday morning of an apparent heart attack in St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Adams, who was working on construction in St Louis, was found dead in his apartment.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Adams, Arlington, two daughters; three sons, three sisters, two brothers and two grandchildren.
His parents were Gilbert Burton and Rosie Ella Lambert Adams.
Services were held Tuesday, September 4, 1979 at Isaacs Funeral Home in Arlington. The Rev. Aaron Doday officated. Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.
