He retired from accounting after 30 years of service to the state of Ohio. He enjoyed ballroom dancing, zumba, acting, and attending church.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother Garry Welch, and son Gareth Welch. Surviving is his daughter Heather (Welch) Bolin and granddaughters Berlin Bolin, Isabel Bolin, and Mackenzie Bolin.
Per Larry's wishes, there will not be a funeral service. Burial will occur in Londonderry Cemetery.
