Mrs. Pearl Acee Hayden, 1024 4th Avenue, died Thursday in a local hospital.

Graveside services were to be today at 2 p.m. at Forrest cemetery .

Survivors are daughter, Mrs. John B. Bass, Gadsden; grandchildren, Sue M. Bass and Dr. Robert W. Bass, both of Gadsden and Dr. John B. Bass, Jr., Mobile and three great grandchildren.

Mrs. Hayden was a native of Memphis, Tenn. and a resident of Gadsden since 1913. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gadsden and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star-- Queen City Chapter 135.
