The 1850 census has the family living in Beverly, Adams county, Illinois with 9 children listed:
Mary Jane, James Madison (became the fifth governor of Kansas), John Andrew (became a doctor in Illinois), George Edward, Joseph Estes (also became a physician in Illinois), Martha Elizabeth, twins Winfield Scott and Zachary Taylor, and Emma Almeda.
