Crawford, Carole J. (Torok) Passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the age of 81. She was born June 28, 1934 in Benton Harbor, MI to the late Arthur and Iris ( Taylor ) Belland. She was united in marriage to Joseph Torok who preceded her in death in May of 1993. She later married Charles Crawford who survives. Carole enjoyed doing yardwork, reading, playing cards and going to the movies. Carole is survived by her husband, Charles Crawford; son, Joseph (Victoria) Torok; 2 grandchildren, Nicole and James; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Comer; sister-in-law, Corliss Belland; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Clair Belland and Robert Belland; and brother-in-law, Lloyd Comer. The family will greet friends on Sunday, March 27th from 2-4pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave., where a funeral service will take place on Monday, March 28th at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carole's name may be directed to the Kalamazoo Humane Society.
