Roy C. Rodeghiero, 69, died at his daughter's home in Whitefish, on Oct. 2, 2005, due to ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Roy was the State District Judge of the 14th Judicial District, where he served three terms (18 years) before retiring in 2001. Roy Rodeghiero is survived by his loving family including his wife, Janet; son Paul (Stephanie) Rodeghiero of Eagle, Idaho; daughter Sara (Joseph) LaVoie of Boise, Idaho; daughter Diana (Sean) Frampton of Whitefish; daughter Lisa (Bill) Speare of Billings; son Mark (Mariah) Rodeghiero of Star, Idaho; and daughter Rita (Rich) Bartlett of Kalispell. A funeral Mass will be held Friday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Roundup. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Johnson Mortuary and Wier Funeral Home (Roundup).
