She was born on November 25, 1952 in Washington, PA daughter of the late Harold and Marjorie Rush.
Penny was a Christian, and most recently a cashier at Target. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler's Fan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jamie Krenzelak in 1990.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Morris, Jr., who was by her side until the end; son Carlo Krenzelak, Jr; grandson's Trevor and Justin Krenzelak; 1 great-granddaughter; brother, Clinton Rush and her beloved companions, Quincy and Petey.
Friends will be received on Friday September 28, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV, 26003 (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 12 noon with Reverend Dennis Arnold officiating.
Interment to follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda, OH.
