COOKEVILLE — Graveside services and interment for Ruby Erlene Bost, 79, of Cookeville, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Cookeville City Cemetery. Pastor Ted Kocher will officiate.
Her family will receive friends today, Thursday, Sept. 27, from 5-8 p.m at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.
Erlene passed away Tuesday evening, Sept. 25, 2018, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 16, 1939, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to the late Harry and Ruby Cowan Poston.

Erlene w as a former employee of the Bank of Putnam County. She and her husband owned and operated Cody Office Supply until their retirement. She enjoyed playing bridge, reading, and cheering her favorite tennis players.

She is survived by her son, Kevin (Jama) Bost of Cookeville; and grandson, Poston Bost.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Bost; and brother, Jerry Poston.
