Christa Rosa Bryant of Montross, Va passed away Feb 18th at the Tappahannock Hospital. She was 66.
Born in Mannheim, Germany, she came to the US with her family in 1960. She spent many years working as a seamstress. She loved flowers and was a very caring and loving person who will be missed by her famiy and friends. She will also be missed by her loving dog, Lisa.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years Charles Bryant, and by her children Carmen R. Caputo, Ramona V. Segars, Manuela C. Smith all of Mt. Holly and by her son Jesse E. Segars of Lenoir, NC. She is is also survived by her stepdaughter Tonie Rochelle Bryant of Tappahannock; by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; her sister Roswita Mayer and brother Karl Mayer both of Germany and by her longtime friends Gisela and Bill Hallums of Willingtoro, NJ.
Funeral services will be held Feb 26 at 2pm at Perinchief Chapels. Friends may call from 1-2pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Mt Holly Cemetery.
