JOSEPH CITY – Ora Shelley Desapin, 69, a lifelong resident of Joseph City, died Oct. 21,1982, in Winslow Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Despain was a member and teacher of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Relief Society.
She is survived by her husband, M. Keate; daughters, Anona Riggs and Terri Tubbs; sons, Loy, Daryl and Dale; mother, Eva Shelley; brothers, Lamar and Judge Melvin Shelly; sister, Emma Crandall and 27 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 5 p.m. today in Heber Cemetery. Owen Mortuary in Holbrook handled the arrangements. (Arizona Republic October 23, 1982)
