Bio. Principal, Albion High School 1899-1902. First full-time principal (not teaching classes) at Albion. 1900 Albion High School yearbook biography: "Luther H. Baker, B.S., Principal of the High School, was born at Lansing in 1872. He received his education in the schools of that city, and at the Michigan Agricultural College, from which he graduated in 1893.
In the fall of 1893, Mr. Baker was engaged as Assistant Principal of the Galesburg High School, where he remained for three years. He was elected Principal of the Galien schools in 1896, and in 1898 was called to Kalamazoo High School to teach mathematics and laboratory physics. In June, 1899, he was married to Miss Una V. Jacobs, of Galesburg, and shortly afterward accepted his present position."
