STATE OF WISCONSIN, County Of Manitowoc, SS.
Probate office, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, August 11, A.D., 1885.
In the matter of the proof and probate of the last will and testament of Mathias Gruber, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc.
Whereas an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mathias Gruber, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc has been filed in this office; and whereas application has been made by Joseph Augustin, praying that the same be proven and admitted to probate according to the laws of this state;
Therefore, it is ordered that said application be heard before me at the probate office in the city of Manitowoc, in said county, on Tuesday, the 8th day of September A.D., 1885, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication of this order in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper printed and published in said county, for three successive weeks, once each week prior to the time of such hearing.
