15 Year Old Boy Dies After a Short Illness
After only a few days illness, Edward, 15 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hassemer, Town of Kossuth residents, died Monday evening. He had been a pupil at St. Ann’s Parochial School at Francis Creek.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from the home and at 10 a.m. from St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Francis Creek with interment in the adjoining cemetery. The deceased was born on the family homestead on Route 6.
Survivors are his parents, four brothers, George Jr., Harry, William and Louis and four sisters, Mrs. John Carbon, Branch, Esther, Emma and Norma Ann. All but Mrs. Carbon reside on the Hassemer farm.
The body was removed to the home from the Pfeffer Funeral parlors.
