Doris R. Tenney, 88, was born in Bennetsville, NY and has been an Albany area resident for most of her life. Doris was a waitress for many years at the former Edison Restaurant, the University Club and the Mayflower Restaurant in Albany. She had also worked at Albany High School cafeteria. She enjoyed bowling in several local leagues and tournaments, camping and fishing with her husband. She was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church.
Doris is survived by her husband of 54 years, Arthur C. Tenney; a daughter; son; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is the sister of the late Mildred Mackey , Raymond and Earl Eaton.
