He is preceded in death by parents: Eldon and Ruth Peters, brothers: Robert Peters, Earl Peters and Herbert Peters.
He is survived by his wife: Sherri Peters of Chatsworth, children and spouses: Clayton and Twanna Peters of Philadelphia, Mississippi, Ambra and Ben Stroud of Dalton, Josh Peters of Dalton, Majour Peters of Chatsworth, stepson: Zachary Cline of Chatsworth, sisters and brothers in law: Linda and Ronnie Longworth of Chickamauga, Yvonne Peters of Dalton, Jane Peters of Dalton, Charlotte and Bobby Tidwell of Dalton, brother and sister in law: Theodore and Jean Peters of Chattanooga, sister in law: Peggy Peters of Chatsworth.
Funeral service for Mr. Peters will be Friday, October 19, 2018, at 1 PM, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Bonds and Rev. Jason Bell officiating. Interment will be in Dogwood Cemetery in Tunnel Hill.
