DECATUR - Mrs. Emma Lou Atkins, 72, of Route 2, Decatur, died Monday at Hartselle Medical Center. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Falk officiating.

Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Jannett Parker; seven sons, Marvin Atkins, Donald Atkins, J.D. Atkins, Billy R. Atkins, Jerry Atkins, and Bobby J. Atkins; three sisters, Mrs. Rosa Atkins, Mrs. Rena Crow and Mrs. Lillie Mae Terrell; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
