Bonnie was born July 28, 1943, in Clarence, Missouri, the daughter of Edward Denver (Cotton) and Dorothy Aileen (Boling) Coleman. She was united in marriage to Gary C. Chadwell on January 26, 1963 in Clarence, Missouri. He survives.
She is also survived by her two children, Charles Dale Chadwell (Sandy) of Springfield, Missouri, and Willard Denver Chadwell (Cara Ray) of San Antonio, Texas; one son-in-law, Kevin Wesley Thompson of Little Elm, Texas; seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and three sisters, Patty Coleman of Macon, Missouri, Rowena Lewzinni (Junior) of Bevier, Missouri, and Connie Dodd (Glenn) of Shelbyville, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Mary Magerette Thompson; one sister; and two brothers.
Bonnie was a member to the Leonard Christian Church in Leonard, Missouri. She served as a 4-H leader and as a past president of the Clarence Historical Society. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and embroidering.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 22, 2018 at 2 pm at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Clarence, Missouri, followed by the burial in the Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will precede the funeral service starting at 12pm. Memorials may be made to the Clarence Historical Society or Donor’s Choice.
