She was born July 24, 1924 in Russell County to the late Attis R. & Eva Stephens Hopper.
Lula was a store clerk at Hopper Drug in Russell Springs for 43 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Biilly Bradley Selby, a grandson, Dennis Hopper Selby, brother, Jetha C. Hopper, two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Cravens and Joyce Lynell Hopper and a brother-in-law Charles F. Cravens.
She was a member of Russell Springs Christian Church and Russell County Eastern Star #432, Jamestown, Ky
