Services for Jo Anne Montgomery will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Hayhurst Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial will take place at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
Jo Anne was born on Saturday, November 10, 1934 in Dustin, Oklahoma to Lee Roy and Nellie (Paulson) Maxwell. Jo Anne passed away in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the age of 83.
Jo Anne graduated from Calvin High School. She married Billy David Montgomery and their union was blessed with a daughter, Kim. Jo Anne was a wonderful wife, mother and sister. She adored her family and loved spending time with them.
Jo Anne enjoyed cross stitch, playing piano and singing. She loved cooking for everyone and feeding people. She liked playing games with friends or doing crosswords and jigsaw puzzles. Jo Anne cherished time visiting with friends and family and she especially adored babies.
