Dennis Collins, who had changed his name to Dennis Carey, was killed in March [1907] when an oil tank rolled on him. One of the oldest brakemen on the Colorado and Southern Railroad, Carey was the son-in-law of the late George C. Swadley, an Arvada pioneer.
