Funeral services for Elias "Ben" LeJeune, 81, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday May 7 in Johnson Funeral Home.

The Rev. George Carr will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 6 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Sunday.

Mr LeJeune died ar 11:15 p.m. Thursday May 2000 in a local hospital.

A native of Jennings, he had lived in Lake Charles most of his life. He was a member of the VFW Post No. 2130 and a charter member of the Swinging Rebels Square Dance Club.

Survivors include three sons, Wendell Lee LeJeune and Lonnie W. LeJeune, both of Lake Charles, and Ronnie J. LeJeune of Crosby, Texas; one brother, Melvin LeJeune of enings; one sister, Agnes Trahan of Edgerly; 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
