Herbert Perry Allerton, 74, died Tuesday morning, Dec. 6, at his home 1 mile west of Hamlin. He is survived by his wife, a cousin, A. G. Allerton, of Hamlin. Funeral service will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 at the Baptist church in Hamlin. Burial in Hamlin cemetery.
