Caledonia- On October 29, 2018 at age 84. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Barbara; children, Janine, Tony (Joanne) and Michael Coppini; grandchildren, Nicholas, Nia, and Anthony Coppini; brother, Peter (Pearl) Coppini; sister-in-law, Lorraine Coppini; brothers-in-law, James (Barb) Piersma and Frank (Beverly) Ianiro; many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Predeceased by brothers, James (Ruth) Coppini; Albert (Faye) Coppini, Angelo (Mary) Coppini, Carmen (Pat) Coppini, and Joseph Coppini; sisters, Velma (Joe) Merola, Olimbia (Sam) DiLiberto, Louise (Tom) Paladino, Bea (James) Henry and Rita Ianiro.
Tony enjoyed his family, friends and community to the fullest, whether it was a fireside chat with his Silver Lake buddies, fishing with his grandchildren or simply watching his Yankees. He will be remembered for his devotion to family and friends, good humor and ever-present smile.
Friends may call Thursday 4-7PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 W. Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Mass will be held Friday 10AM at St. Martin DePorres Parish St. Columba Church, North Street, Caledonia. Interment to follow at St. Columba Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, Tennessee 38105
