Harry A. Ball was born April 14, 1923 at Mattoon, Illinois, a son of James and Bertha Zeller Ball. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James A. Ball.
Mr. Ball served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II, where he learned to fly aircraft and to scuba dive, two of his passions.
After serving in the Army, he relocated to Miami and worked for the U.S. Postal Service for fifty three years before retiring in 2002. He loved cars and was an active member of the local Corvette owners club.
