She was born March 19, 1914, in Ottawa County to Blaine and Bessie (Akers) Cole. She lived in the Miami area all of her life.
She was a homemaker and a member of the church of the Nazarene, Picher.
She married Willie F. Brumley in 1934. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four sisters and a brother, Clemma
Allinder, Pairlee Sanders, Lorene Jones, Ella Lou Cribbin, and Ted Cole.
Survivors include two sons, Willie "Bill" Brumley, Commerce, and Lonnie Brumley, Afton: a brother, Telman Cole, rural Miami; four sisters, Betty Captain, rural Miami, Marie Barger, Miami, Lucille Anderson, Goodman, MO., and Evelyn Hrovat, Timberlake, Ohio; Five grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren.
The gaveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday, at GAR Cemetery, Miami, with the Rev. David McCord officiating.
Mrs. Brumley's grandsons will be pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Miami.
