Andy Zywicki, 71, died peacefully at home in Winnsboro, LA., on October 27, 2018. He was born May 31, 1947 in Cedar, Michigan.

A Service of Remembrance will be Sunday, November 11, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. at Winnsboro Presbyterian Church, 1101 Eighth, St., Winnsboro, LA., 71295, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Andy is preceded in death by his parents; John and Theresa Zywicki, sisters: Rosemary Mikowski, Lucille Fleis, and brother, Jimmy Zywicki.

Survivors include: wife, Karen Knight Zywicki, children: Laura Zywicki Payne and husband, Andy; Michelle Zywicki Lipinski and husband, Paul; and Michael Zywicki and wife Cecilia; grandchildren: Bryce Payne, Walker Lipinski, and Vivian Ireland Zywicki; sisters: Virginia Kuhr, and Sister Theresa Ann, brothers: Tony, Leonard, Al, Vincent, John, and Carl, and many nieces and nephews.

He served in the U. S. Army as a Military Policeman and worked for Delta Airlines for 36 years.

Andy was a simple, joyful man who deeply loved his family, friends, and furry friends. He delighted many with his goofy jokes! He never met a stranger, always introducing himself, “Andy Ziwicki, Polish Yankee!”
He enjoyed sharing bounty from his garden, his homemade jams, and many bags of handpicked, shelled pecans. God’s love for Andy showed in his acts of kindness and generosity; He was a true friend.

Until we meet again, Andy is Home with God.
