Robert Abrey, 75, of Sarasota, passed away on Friday, November 6th. He was a native of Greece and had moved to Florida 17 years ago from Dayton, Ohio. For 29 years, he was an instructor with National Cash Register Co. in Dayton. Mr. Abrey was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was survived by his wife, Evelyn P. Abrey; a daughter, Pam, of Sebastian; and a brother, George Abrey, of Pennfield, New York. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, Sarasota, in charge of arrangements.
