ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Kenneth W. Winiarski passed away at age 67 from cancer on the morning of May 27th. A resident of Arlington Heights for over 25 years, Ken is preceded in death by his wife, Laura Winiarski (nee Pudelwitts), and his parents, Henry and Florence Winiarski (nee Ramel). He leaves behind his daughter and son-in-law, as well as his sister. Ken was an active member of several volunteer organizations and interest groups, and enjoyed reading, gardening, and taking continuing education courses across a variety of subject matters in his free time. He will be remembered as a kind, gentle, and introspective man. An informal memorial service will be held at his daughter's house on Saturday morning.
