Billy was born to William Hubert Antley and Doshie Grace Hughes Antley.

Bill grew up in Florida and attended Winter Haven H.S. before joining the United States Navy.
After the Navy he worked in the electronics field in Lakeland, Fl., before moving to Nebraska with his wife Marilyn.
He retired in 2010 after working as a Projects Manager in the biomedical field at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. In 2014 Bill and Marilyn retired to Hot Springs Village where Bill enjoyed fishing, gardening and stargazing. The most important thing in Bill's life was his family and close friends.
