Nancy Elaine Angers of Findlay, Ohio died in her Home on November 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving children. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 13, 1934 to the late John and Kathryn (Kelley) Benedick. On June 23, 1956, she married Albert L Angers. He preceded her in death on November 11, 1988. Surviving are her children Linda Diane (Richard) Jarosz, Daniel Joseph (Jennifer) Angers, Robin Renee Angers, Andrea Marie (Paul) Prusik, and her foster son Jeff Wickard. Also surviving are her grandchildren Nichole, and Eric (Ruba) Hreben, Brian (Tasha), and Tara Angers, Kyle (Susan) Stanley, Brent Treft and step granddaughter Haley Prusik. Her great grandchildren always brought a smile to her face! They are Lilly and Jamison Stanley, Aeryonna and Serenity Angers, Phoenix Bishop, Starla Layman and Emmett Hreben. Nancy was preceded in death by special friend Ed Folk. Nancy was a Homemaker who had a keen eye for design and interior decorating. She was an excellent cook and knew how to throw a party down to the smallest detail. She was employed by Firmin, Sprague & Huffman Co. LPA, Law Office for 18 years. Nancy was an avid traveler. She visited all 50 United States and traveled to Europe several times. She loved vacations to the Islands with family and friends. She enjoyed reading, and spending time in her beautiful gardens. Nancy was a volunteer for many years at Bridge Home Health & Hospice, and Hope House. She and her husband were volunteers at St. Anthony Villa in Toledo, caring for many orphan children. The family wishes to thank Mom's special friend Patty Trausch. Mom enjoyed her company and friendship for many years. Mom's caregiver Trina Crowe (Interim Home Healthcare) was a Godsend right when we needed her and we are so grateful for her loving care. We cannot thank Bridge Home Hospice enough for their loving care and support to Mom and our family. Visitation for friends and family will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 and also from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME 500 Lima Ave Findlay, Ohio. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Findlay. In lieu of flowers Nancy requested donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital PO Box 1000 Dept 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908, and Bridge Home Hospice 15100 Birchaven Lane Findlay, Ohio. Lastly, all who knew Nancy enjoyed her quick wit. She left her family with this advice: "Never lose your sense of humor!"
