Adam Blake Osborn of Plano, Texas passed away November 10, 2018 at the age of 40. At two pounds, he was born a fighter on June 24, 1978 to John S. Osborn and Nancy (Horner) Osborn in Shreveport, Louisiana. Adam graduated from Plano East High School. He lived for the sound of all types of music, especially classical and showtunes. Adam lived a full life. It included being on television, participating in the Special Olympics and traveling. A special memory is when he interrupted Doc Severinsen’s warm up session and resulted in Doc proclaiming Adam to have perfect pitch. He was a member of Hunters Glen Baptist Church in Plano, Texas where he was a part of the special needs ministry. Adam was honored by having the parent support group named “Adam’s Kids”. He was a teacher of unconditional love.

Adam is survived by his mother, Nancy H. Osborn of Plano, Texas; father, John S. Osborn of Dallas, Texas; sister, Stephanie Osborn Kirk and husband, Jim Kirk of Allen, Texas; nephews, Austin Kirk and Ryan Kirk of Allen, Texas; uncle, Don Horner of Texarkana, Arkansas; and several other extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Louise Horner; grandmother, Geneva Osborn; grandfather, John E. Osborn and aunt, Joneva King.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. A private graveside service will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
