BROWNELL, James Neil, 73, formerly of Tampa, passed away on July 8, 2007 at the Hospice House in The Villages, Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan. Mr. Brownell is survived by his two loving daughters and two grandchildren and other loving family and friends. He was a veteran of the US Army Airborne Corp. and he moved to Tampa in 1972 where he was the owner of a window contracting service. Mr. Brownell was born and raised in Carbondale, PA. He graduated from Benjamin Franklin H.S. in 1951. He was one of 14 children.
